Guaranteed delivery before Christmas

Any item displayed as in stock is guaranteed to be "delivered before Christmas"; items that are unavailable, purchased "on order" and items listed as "delivery not guaranteed before Christmas" are excluded.

The deadline to receive your order before December 24th is December 18th 11:00 AM. Any orders placed after that will no longer be guaranteed before Christmas.

This delivery guarantee applies to France only and follows the deadlines indicated by the carrier. Any delays, losses or thefts by the carrier are not guaranteed by LUXURY ALLEY within the framework of the guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

We recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to order.

Return deadline extended until 31.01.2025

During the holiday season, we are extending the return period until January 31, 2025 for orders placed between November 15, 2024 and December 25, 2024 inclusive . Returns over 14 days will be credited to the customer account and will not be eligible for a cash refund. This credit can be used as soon as the returned item has been processed and validated and is usable for 12 months. Each returned item must comply with the return conditions .

Gift card offered with the Premium Advent calendar

The gift card will be sent by email on December 31, 2024, to customers who pre-ordered a Premium Advent Calendar during the pre-order period from September 12 to 30 (subject to availability).

This gift card does not allow for cash refunds and can be used on the entire site from 35€ of purchases; it cannot be combined with other offers or gift cards.

Its validity is established from January 1 to 31, 2025.

Free delivery & returns

Delivery & returns are free under certain conditions. These services are reserved for shipments and returns made to and/or from France or Belgium.

Delivery is free with no minimum purchase at a relay point for France (or from €50 at home), and from €50 of purchases for Belgium at a relay point.
