What is the response time?

Customer service is open during the week and provides a response within an average of 24 working hours and as soon as possible. Priority is given to customers who have placed an order. This delay varies depending on seasonality.

Requests made on Friday evenings and weekends will not be processed until the following business day.

Can I ask for advice on a product?

You can ask us for help on choosing a size, support or shape; even to offer. Although we do not try all the models, we will be able to advise you because we know our products very well.
