Delivery before Valentine's Day
Any order placed before 11:00 AM on February 11th will be delivered no later than February 14th, 2025, with the exception of items marked "out of stock" or "delivery not guaranteed before Valentine's Day." This guarantee applies to deliveries to France only.

For France:
- delivery is free with no minimum purchase at a relay point
- delivery is free for purchases over €50
- on the items mentioned: shipped the same day, the order
- must be validated before 12:00 p.m. on weekdays
For Belgium:
- delivery to a relay point is free for purchases over €50

You can easily request a return from your customer account and request a refund on one or more items. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return.
The right of withdrawal is reserved for individual customers and the reimbursement of returned items is conditional on the return of the items meeting the return conditions.

Want a different size or style? Choose VIP returns.
Make your free return from your customer account. You'll receive a prepaid return label to return the item that doesn't suit you free of charge. Affix the label and drop it off at a Mondial Relay location without having to worry about queues, postage, or parcel routing.
You have 30 days to submit your return request. It's convenient and efficient!
