✅ Free extended exchanges until 31st January (instead of the usual 30 days) for all December purchases

✅ Return handled with provided return label, no queuing or forms to fill at the Post Office

✅ Simplified process: exchange request online from your customer account, prepaid return label by email, your customer account is credited upon receipt allowing you to make a new selection at your convenience (different size, different style according to your preference)

✅ Privacy preserved: she can manage the exchange herself without involving you (unless she prefers your input)

Yes, but with some precautions:

If she lives alone: no problem, direct delivery to her address.

If she doesn't live alone (flatshare, etc.) :

• The parcel is discreet and addressed to the person you specify in the delivery address
• ⚠️ Risk she might open it without you or someone else receives it
• Solution: have it delivered to your address or a collection point, then give it in person

If you really want total surprise:

• Have it delivered to your address by express before the special day
• Or use a collection point near her and let her know a parcel awaits (builds anticipation)
